If you want offline access you can add a tool like Insync (payware multiple account support, desktop notification, symlink support), or Rclone ( setup instructions freeware command-line to sync to Google Drive, but also Dropbox, Amazon S3, and OneDrive). Click on the included network drive menu to access your google drive files. By default, all of them are on, and it’s recommended to leave them all on anyway. If successful, you’ll then see various toggles that you can turn off or on, depending on your preference. Click on it, to access all files available. Finally, open File Manager on your Ubuntu Linux system, and on the left side area, you will see the connected Google Drive account represented using your Gmail Email ID.
